The Text Editor is a rich-text editor that enables you to create web content easily on your Presence website. It is similar in form and function to Microsoft Word®, and will therefore be familiar to most users. The Form Engine is an easy-to-use tool that makes it easy to design, organize, and implement customized online forms. With this tool, you can create your own custom forms for your website, track all visitor submissions and even use the form submissions to kick-off a custom workflow.

The Knowledge Repository (KR) in your Presence website is a great place where schools (or districts) can place resources such as files and articles to be used by all users, but which can even be restricted as needed, and even includes the ability for users to rate the content. With Presence's Newsletter feature you can create and send newsletter messages. You can specify who receives the messages or allow users to sign up for the topics that interest them.

The Workspaces feature in your Presence website is a secure online portal where teachers and administrators can communicate in a password-protected environment. This tool features all of Presence's standard collaborative modules, such as calendars, photo galleries and discussion forum as well as content authoring and document sharing modules such as content pages, files, folders and the knowledge repository, but is typically not used by parents, students, or community members. The Workspaces Guide describes how to access and manage Workspaces, and is intended only for administrators and teachers.

The Workflow engine of your Presence website allows you to design, automate, and efficiently manage processes and tasks at the school or district level of operation. The Workflow Engine Guide provides users and administrators with the information needed to create, access, and utilize workflow to manage tasks efficiently.

The Quick Links module allows you to easily create a list of links on a page. 

The Carousel portlet allows you to create a rotating slideshow of images to display on a page. You can determine how big the images appear on the page, set captions for the images, determine how quickly the images rotate and more.

The Presence Accessibility Checker allows you to check the content you are creating for any possible accessibility issues such as images that are missing alt text, text that is unreadable and more. When enabled, the Accessibility Checker is available for all editors on your site whether you are editing content, creating alerts, setting up form templates or any other changes that incorporate an editor.
